Lately we have spent time diving deeply into poems of Emily Dickinson. I felt a funeral in my brain was fairly complex in my opinion. From the help of class discussion I have came across a new outlook for the poem and it’s true meaning. I look forward to learning more about poems in all the ways we have been discussing and taking them apart.

Mr.Rease put the entire class into groups today and gave them football team names. He is using this as an opportunity for us to gain credit but to get it daily yourself and your group members must actively participate, that is with the correct responses. He is giving us until next Tuesday to settle the top group.

Today went along into the reading of the tale of the pardoner. Before we read we turned in the names of our person we were assigned to comment on their blog posts so he may check our grades. I honestly don’t even know if my comments ever showed up I kept trying, refreshing, and more but it just would not show. I did email Mr. Rease so I hope that I got my grade for it. Back into the take of the pardoner, it was actually intriguing how the men traveled together basically scamming people. Seems like an action from this day and age I would say.

We read one letter today then we prepped for our essay we have tomorrow. We were on a shortened schedule so we had less time. Overall we did an example of an essay Prompt along with the entire class working to write a claim and commentary to go along with it.
